Elder Care Homecare is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York and Connecticut, with additional expansion planned within the next year.
Elder Care has been in operation for over seven years, and has had rapid growth during this time. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven experience as a field sales representative (in any industry but healthcare is a plus), have previously built and managed a book of business, and have a history of exceeding sales and client acquisition targets in the past. This role is based in the Westchester area and is primarily field based, about 75% of the time.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with our Senior Directors of Business Development to learn the industry, and will be responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships, acquiring new clients, ensuring overall satisfaction with Elder Care services, and coordinating with local teams to ensure the provision of high-quality service.
